Proud to once again be a part of this UNESCO celebration.
Welcome back one and all.
Every month, I like to give something away. Typically, it will be an item that has been out of circulation for a while, and more often than not, it is an item that was created, never used and archived. Sometimes I just like to create something unique for all of you, simply for the joy of it.
This year for International Jazz Day, I am spotlighting on a small part of the greatest and most influential artist in its history, Miles Davis. The period being covered is his often misunderstood but highly influential "electric" period, from 1969 through 1974. After this period, he undertook a much needed break for approximately 5 1/2 years before resuming recording and touring full-time again.

Additionally, I am also including the posters I created for my other free #jazzdday events in 2017, which featured this lovely woman:
and 2016, which featured this pseudo-psychedelic piece:
The PDF files for each can be found on the Freebies page.
Share and enjoy, and remember that Jazz is for everyone. Visit www.jazzday.com to learn more and find other events in your area and streamed online.
Love to you all! See you again on Monday, 30 April 2018!
